Document Management
By popular demand, we have created a document management component to handle documents created outside of SoftDocket. Client files that you may normally have strewn all over your computer can be stored with your SoftDocket client accounts. You can store text files, photos, faxes and other relative documents securely within the password protected database. The documents are now safe and are now filed with your client.
Planner
Schedule appointments with ease. With a waiting list feature you can create appointments and drag them to an appointment calendar where you want. Multiple resource view allows you to see who is available and who is not. You will know when a boardroom is available or if office staff is on holidays.
OCL Legal Agent Form (updated May 2, 2006)
We've added a form aimed directly at lawyers who work with the Canadian Office of the Children's lawyer. This form was modeled upon the form provided by the OCL in Ontario. This form populates virtually all data from a normal docket in your database. Some fields must be filled in manually, and a box will appear when the form is generated to populate these fields. This form is provided at no extra cost and will be updated as new versions become available.
Resource Management
A Resource is anyone or anything such as a boardroom that needs to be scheduled. You can create all the resources you require and only display those you desire.By combining Resource Management and the Appointment Calendar we have created a simplistic way of scheduling appointments in your office. Never again have time conflicts with your office resources.
Task Management
The new Task Management sections allows anyone in your office to see what needs to be done and by whom. Tasks can be flagged when completed or a the status can be seen by the progress bar percentage. A lengthy description area will allow elaboration of a specific task or a set of procedures that need to be taken to perform the task at hand.
Invoice Panel
An Invoicing panel has been introduced which allows the viewing of time sand disbursement entries as you work. By using the summary panel as a slide out companion, you can view a specific account billing at a glance.
